Today Bapak showed me how to fly a kite. It was great fun and i could get it really high up in the sky, so high that it nearly touched the moon! Everyone here flies kites, from you boys to older men who fly really big kites and have competitions. They have special string which is made from glass and they try and cut other peoples string. We have had a number of boys and girls playing on our roof with their kites - it is great fun!
