When nanny was here we went on an adventure to visit the white volcano! We drove in our car for nearly 2 hours to arrive at what everyone calls the white volcano, and hopefully from the pictures you can understand why! it is really quite amazing and you can walk right down into the volcano - mum put her finger in the water and now it has fallen off (just joking!) the water was actually coolish although their is steam constantly rising off of it.
After seeing the volcano some friends of ours decided they would go for a short walk and promised they would be back in 10 minutes, well nearly 2 hours later they returned and we had eaten our fill of BBQ corn and baso and were ready to get to the lake. At the lake we jumped in a boat and took a tour. We saw a rock which apparently has special powers to help you fall in love - it hasn't worked yet!
We then drove home and got stuck in incredible traffic. I had to go to the toilet so dad and i jumped out, we walked up the street to a toilet and when i had finished we walked back onto the road and the car was just going past! We also had a treat as we stopped at the McStop for dinner. It was funny as two people were standing in the car park, they would write down your order and then run inside and get it for you - the original McStop! A number of hours later we got home!
