It was my birthday yesterday and I turned 2! Mum kept saying how she couldn't believe how big I am and that I am 2!
We had a really great day. I woke up and got to open some presents and guess what...I got a train set! It is really fun and I love playing with it.
We then had some next door neighbours come and play in our house and I had to share my new toys with my friends which was a bit hard but it was fun anyway.
We then went up to a restaurant which has a big grassy area where we kicked a ball around and lots of my friends came and played with me -there were friends from Australia, England and Germany. We even had a lolly hunt! and then we ate some yummy food. Mummy made me a Thomas the Tank Engine cake, so everyone sang me happy birthday and then I had to blow out the candle.
We had a great time-I love having a birthday! I am having another party on Thursday with all my next door neighbours so look out for those photos as well.

Mummy is very clever to make such a great Thomas Cake. What are the wheels made of? I bet it was yummy!! I look forward to more birthday pictures. I sang happy birthday to you all day every time I passed your photo. Yes I can't beleive it is 2 years since you were born. Look forward to talking to you soon.

Wow Caden! Looks like you have a lot of fun! Our boys have been having a lot of fun too over the past few days; camping in the rain at Katoomba! They seemed to enjoy it even though their beds were a bit wet in the tent! I'm glad we're home and dry now, but it was lovely to bump into Ali Saunders there, as well as Penny and Marty Daley (expecting no 2 in 3 weeks). Next time you're back in Oz, it would be lovely for you and our boys to reacquaint yourselves - I'm sure you'd all enjoy it.
